Being a part of the financial industry International Bank of Azerbaijan would benefit most if it could lift up customer satisfaction and cut down bank shifting. Therefore, back in 2018, together, we sat down with the aim to develop software that would reduce chaos with appointment scheduling, decrease waiting time and deliver personalized services.
Even though the requirements were complex, we created a flexible, fast, and easy-to-use solution. ATL Tech’s queue management system digitized and organized live queues enabling online rendezvous. We also supplied the International Bank of Azerbaijan with a branch-based license that allowed a limitless number of operators, branches, and customers.
